my experience dgn EXCHANGE VACATION CLUB KELANA JAYA:
I sign up that membership on Dec 2016. Staf Nama Jeeva yang consult untuk membership ni. Janji pada awal memang sangat2 MANIS. Kalau ada semut kat situ confirm pergi kat mulut dia jilat2 manis tu. Antara janji2:
1. Booking for hotel boleh 2,3 hari sebelum stay la
2. bilik yang di Booking rate lebih tinggi dari kelayakan
3. Overseas hotel yang 5 stars - Anantara (ini point paling menarik untuk join that club)
Experience Booking:
1st booking dengan Mr Kartik (baru2 ni staf sana ckp he has quit n further study) di KSL hotel (untuk stay 18th Feb 2017). Booking telah buat 2 minggu sebelum (2nd feb 2017). Confirmation sms was sent after that date (22nd Feb 2017). so I call to confirm about deduction of 7 malam pakej yang I dapat. but unfortunately they deduct 2 malam yang I tak pergi tu.
I report to his manager Mr Rafizan. I ckp nak quit sbb bad service yang diberikan. he keep persuade me to settle this case and offer another hotel to stay. for the 2nd booking quite ok laaa.. Masa tu booking di Summerset and he told me to exchange for 2:1.... ok la and I dapat la stay kat hotel tu. dia pun cakap 2 malam yg di booking atas mistake dorg tu dorang tak deduct la............. sepatutnya baki malam = 7 - 2(ksl) + 2(ksl) - 2(sommerset) ===> 5 malam laa...
On 20th September 2017 I try to make a booking for 2 hotels. One for local stay at Grand Lexis Hibiscus and another 1 for Bali Kuta Hotel yang diberi Percuma 4 malam masa pendaftaran awal dulu. Masa tu I booking dengan Mr Kevin cause Mr Rafizan quite busy and he ask me to call office and make a booking.
So Mr Kevin told me to wait his confirmation end of September. But he never call me again to give the confirmation bout the booking.
So I call office on 28th September 2017 and Mrs Qaseh pulak yang answer my call. Tapi bila Tanya pasal confirmation tu dia cari tak jumpa (memang suck la rasa company ni. memain pula dengan booking orang. Lepas tu ckp kes yang booking KSL tu masih tak settle and balance night yang ada tinggal 3...3? habis tu kes KSL tak settle yg Mr Rafizan promise tu. PPuuuuiiiii..... Penipu juga la Raf ni... ckp nak settle tapi tak settle.... So I terus Tanya macam mana pula dengan booking di Grand Lexis PD tu and Mrs Kaseh told me tak dapat sbb balance night yang ada not enough.huh......
So Kaseh offer kes KSL tu tukar dengan 2 tempat je - Melaka n Sabah. ada pula had pilih tempat ni. Lepas tui terus ckp nak nama manager n No telefon untuk berbincang sebelum report dibuat. Tapi sampai sekarang tak bagi nama dan no manager untuk I discuss elok2.
Sekarang ni nak proceed report sahaja. Tolong guide procedures and what to do to make sure I get full refund (tolak sommerset hotel yang I dah guna)
Macam mana nak dapat refund balik?
