If on the same day then bck to the sales person, if after it pls go to their office in kelana jaya .. mst within 10 working days cooling off period, this is our right. Need both me and my wife to go to kelana jaya or only me alone? Sorry ask too many questions..

Hi al,
Update on my case..I joined as member on 15th July 2018 and paid RM14,800 via cc. I went to their office to cancel on 16th July. When I went, there’s o Lu their customer service and no marketing manager is around. I have wrote in my cancellation letter and asked the customer service to acknowledge. On 17th I called to ask about cancellation and one of the marketing manager said I have to meet them at office to do cancellation. I went to their office again on 18th Jul to meet up and requested them to cancel (they still trying to convince us and asked us to get a cheaper membership plan). They agreed to refund our money and we proc rd to fill in form. We were informed that we won’t get full refund - we have to be charged 4% for merchant charges and payment will only be made within 60 working days. We left without arguing and I submitted a complaint to kpdnkk on the same night. On 24th Jul, they contacted us and agreed to r fund 100% but within 60 working days. I talked to kpdnkk officer and he confirmed that if the company has their own refund procedure, then we can’t do anything but wait till the agreed date..

I'm surprised you let them get away with the merchant charges.
There's no refund procedure anyway as far as I know, at least not specific enough.
60 days is a long wait and I hope they don't wind up before you can get your refund.

We doesn’t want to argue with him. Hence we filled a formal complaint. Post our complaint to kpdnkk, they will refund 100%. As on the period of refund, kpdnkk said we have to follow their refund term. Nevertheles, we will follow up with call to try speed the refund..
Does anyone has their refund policy or T&C?

Anyone sign up recently (within this year) and try to book room? Is there any difficulty?
Been told they are different from evc where they Plentifield hotel acquire evc.
Anyone has the agreement for reference? Been show some proof of the booking.

I’m still a member yes they do give booking and I did enjoy , I think it’s best to not just believe everyone as we know not everyone is easy to please ... so far for me it’s so good if u want I can even share my photos of anantara Phuket which I stayed in last March , I just came back from langkawi for a 4 days and 3 nights trip . Why did u join?

I think if u guys have already cancelled then just leva sir we are still members and majority are happy members so pls don’t try to provoke and give wrong info and tarnish ppl business , even companies like rolls Royce and other big mnc has ppl which is unhappy n complain , noted one can be happy 100% we should give n take la u want a membership which is good and save money and and it’s only a few thousand dollars what do u expect ? King treatment ? Pls be fair .

Hi guys I just got saw all comment about Gloria plaza membership. Seriously guys I’m member with this company since 2013 and I got renewed their membership just 2 month go.so far I feel their service is good, and as long I follow the term and condition no issues on my bookings,and some more this time I paid 15800 to renew my membership again.thankq Gloria plaza to make my holiday easy.👌🙏😇👍

Hey there guys .. its commoj for any company to face certain complaints and stuff but so far im a happy member with the programme offered by Gloria hotel . Its really unbelievably cheap and affordable for a common person to travel to ultra luxury resort destinations like Anantara Resorts( award winning luxury hotel n resort chain) . The difference in price if i were to go on my own is so drastic and i never ever thought that there will be another alternative way(ARP) to stay at Anantara n other luxury brands where its so so much more cheaper with extra premium benefits

I’m a member of Gloria Plaza for the past 4 years. They’ve make my holiday much easier. All the booking was properly done by them. Service of the hotels was good. Planning to extend my membership again.
